Overview
The Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology (IHPST) offers Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy programs in the history and philosophy of science, medicine, and technology. Students, faculty, and affiliates at the IHPST share a commitment to interrogating science, technology, and medicine from a range of historical, philosophical, and other humanistic perspectives. Students at the IHPST receive strong disciplinary training from within an interdisciplinary setting, equipping them to communicate beyond a single discipline.
