This graduate-level course will focus on methods and analysis for measuring affinities between biomolecules. Methods including biolayer interferometry, surface plasmon resonance, microscale thermophoresis, isothermal titration calorimetry, and novel methods together with kinetic modelling analysis will be discussed.
