CHL5233H: Statistical Programming and Computation for Health Data

This course covers essential R programming and computational tools in health sciences research. Topics include data pre-processing and manipulation, data visualization, loops and functions, optimization, and package development with an emphasis on reproducibility and replicability. Throughout the course, students will aim to reproduce the analysis conducted in a published paper that provides data from open sources. Each student will create a GitHub repository for their project and update/edit their code every week using version control.
