The term "global health law" is a relatively recent framing used to refer to the disparate bodies of international law that directly and indirectly address and affect health: from the central role of the World Health Organization as the United Nations' key global health institution, to international human rights law, international humanitarian law, international environmental law, and international trade and investment law. This course will offer graduate students an entry-level exploration of this body of law and is designed specifically for non-law students.
