This seminar is the James Hausman Tax Law and Policy Workshop. The James Hausman Tax Law and Policy Workshop brings emerging and internationally recognized tax law and policy scholars to the law school to present their current research.

In past years, the workshop has featured presentations by researchers from Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Israel, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The workshop focusses on both theoretical policy questions, and domestic and international tax matters more specific to Canada and to a much lesser extent the United States.
