This course provides an integrated understanding of human disease pathogenesis through the study of cellular, molecular, and anatomical changes occurring in affected organs and systems. Delivered by basic science and clinical specialists, the course explores the mechanisms underlying systemic diseases using foundational knowledge in human pathobiology, cell biology, and molecular biology. Through faculty lectures, research presentations, histology tutorials, and critical discussions of scientific literature, students will develop the ability to analyze disease mechanisms, evaluate research findings, and understand their impact on the pathogenesis of human diseases.
