MHI2025Y: Strategic Digital Leadership for Health System Transformation

This is an advanced leadership course approved as a graduate elective through the Dalla Lana School of Public Health's Master of Health Informatics program. It is designed for University of Toronto graduate students who are committed to becoming digital health transformation change agents and increasing their spheres of influence by deepening their leadership practice to lead large-scale change.

The course is intentionally shaped to bring together a diverse set of digital health leaders (clinical and non-clinical) across U of T graduate programs in health who wish to work collaboratively to shape and shift digital health policy and use of data and digital technologies to enable broader health system change and transformation.

Enrolment will be open to students from the Rotman School of Management Health MBA Programs, IHPME (SLI, MHSc, and EMHI), Faculty of Pharmacy and fourth-year medical students, residents, and fellows from the Temerty Faculty of Medicine.

This is structured as an experiential learning experience intended for high-potential early-career and mid-career digital health leaders who have career aspirations to become senior digital health leaders committed to challenging the status quo in digital health and developing the leadership practices to positively transform the digital health landscape in Canada.
