PCL1004Y: Clinical Pharmacology

This course explores a variety of topics in clinical pharmacology with emphasis on the application of pharmacokinetic principles. Clinical cases are used to highlight the application of these principles in clinical pharmacology and toxicology. The course addresses variability in drug response, adverse drug reactions, clinical toxicology, clinical study design, and pharmacoeconomics.
