Successful Health System Researchers require behavioural competencies as well as technical competencies. The intent of this course is to provide the foundations for Health System Research PhD students to the continuous endeavor to master the behavioural competencies that will enable impact and success in positions within academia, industry, government, healthcare institutions, etc. These behavioural competencies include but are not limited to leadership, mentorship, peer-reviewing, grant writing, and teaching skills.
