This course invites Master of Management (MMgt) students to integrate and apply their accumulated knowledge to address a current management problem in a real-world business context. Throughout the course, students will participate in advanced skill-building workshops that focus on key consulting competencies, including problem structuring, collaborative teamwork, and professional communication. Working in teams and guided by seasoned industry mentors, students will partner with an organization to address a strategic or operational challenge that has direct implications for the organization's success.
