The Master of Engineering (MEng) degree program is designed for students preparing for advanced professional activity; it is not a research-oriented degree. The program may be taken on a full-time, extended full-time (EFT), EFT plus co-op, or part-time basis.

The Master of Science (MSc) program is a full-time degree program (non-thesis) that prepares students with academic knowledge and clinical skills so that upon graduating, they may work as highly competent genetic counsellors in a variety of practice settings.
